My name is Alicia, and I am privileged to be the Nominated Supervisor and Director for Pelican Preschool-Campbelltown. I joined Pelican Preschool in 2018. I have the most amazing position here at Pelican Preschool as I not only get to be the Director, but I get to work alongside my fellow Pelican educators each and everyday. Together, we have built and continue to build long lasting relationships with our children and their families, as well as establish strong bonds, ties and presence in our local community.

With over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood field, and more than 10 years’ experience as a Centre Director, I am proud to lead a team of passionate, honest and reliable educators. We are confident that when you come to the centre, you will see this is evident in everything we do.

As a Director, I have worked with families and children from many different backgrounds and circumstances. I take pride in being able to help everyone in the community, and I am grateful that I have chosen this career to make a difference in the lives of many of our children and families. I am also fortunate that I have the support of an incredible team of educators, who have come from a range of diverse backgrounds – where we work together, pool our experiences and demonstrate our passion in laying the crucial foundation of educating and caring for the little giants of our future.
