Raffles Campus (Australia) Pty Ltd is the owner and operator of Pelican Pre-School. Raffles Campus is an offshore subsidiary controlled by Raffles Campus Foundation Limited, a Singapore-based not-for-profit organisation.

Raffles Campus is an educational management organisation specialising in the development, management and operation of international schools and early childhood education services. Its educational communities cater for children from 3 to 18 years of age.

For more than 20 years, Raffles Campus has developed and managed educational institutions across several international locations, including Singapore, Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Rajasthan (India), Johor Bahru (Malaysia), and Sydney (Australia).

Through this international experience, Raffles Campus brings a broad understanding of education, leadership and school operations to Pelican Pre-School, while supporting the Centre’s commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care for children and families in the local community.
